Eli Chance
Operations Director
Eli Chance is the Operations Director at Housing By Dana. After studying Communications at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, he began a career working with children and families as a Behavioral Interventionist for the Anaheim School District. Eli devoted four years to this profession before discovering the Relocation Industry and a potential career path.
Prior to joining Housing By Dana in 2016, Eli spent three years as the Client Services Manager and, ultimately, the Asst. Operations Manager for a southern California corporate furnishings company. Eli came highly recommended to Housing By Dana and has a great reputation in his industry.
His talents also include performing sketch and improvisational comedy, and he is a film-buff and amateur filmmaker. Eli brings a creative and intelligent approach to all situations, ensuring the best possible service to guests of Housing By Dana.
Mario received a B.A. in Economics from San Diego State University and is licensed to sell insurance in California. In his spare time, he is a talented musician.
Dana Bruske
Founder & President
Founded in 2016, Housing By Dana is the culmination of careful planning and preparation by Dana Bruske.
Prior to her career in Corporate Housing, Dana was a Regional Sales and Service Trainer for a Fortune 500 company and shared the responsibility for the development and sales success of 200 employees in 20 retail centers, representing $57,000,000 in annual gross sales.
A friend and colleague to many in the Corporate Housing and Relocation Industry, Dana began her career with Oakwood Worldwide on their property management team. Among a variety of responsibilities, Dana managed apartment community homes with up to 3,000 units, and traveled the West Coast to trouble-shoot operational issues and assist with increasing Oakwood’s sales on a broader scale.
In 2007, Dana moved to a mid-sized corporate housing company where she held the positions of: District Sales Manager, Vice President of Operations, and, ultimately, Vice President of Sales, over a 9 year period. Dana spearheaded the company’s rebranding which brought a shift in client demographics and with it, tremendous growth.
With the launch of Housing By Dana, Dana’s vision of running a boutique, high-service corporate housing company is a reality. Beyond her passion for superior service and quality, Dana brings years of resolution and negotiation skills, analytical and strategic business practices and a devotion to staff training that often saves her clients and guests irreplaceable time and thousands of dollars.
Dana holds a certificate as a Corporate Sales & Service Trainer, ARM® accreditation (Accredited Residential Manager) and the CCHP designation (Certified Corporate Housing *Professional).
Housing needs fluctuate, grow, and evolve in ways that may not be anticipated. To meet those needs, Housing by Dana was launched in 2016 and received an immediate, enthusiastic response from both companies and individuals alike.

Mario Lovio
Account Manager
Mario Lovio joined Housing by Dana as an Account Manager. Mario brings experience in insurance sales and customer service, as well as corporate housing expertise.
As a corporate housing Inside Sales Associate, at a previous corporate housing company, Mario provided his clients with an immediate response to reservation requests, and used his knowledge of national properties to meet each guest’s specific requirements.
Housing By Dana gives Mario the opportunity to cater to each client, taking the time and care needed to ensure the right home fit and an excellent guest experience for each person and family.
